Helen has both Focus and Radial Shockwave Therapy. Shockwave Therapy is used as part of the rehabilitation and exercises provided by Helen as Helen attends many CPD courses with Physiotherapists sometimes Helen is the only Osteopath to attend a CPD course full of excellent physiotherapists We all share and exchange good clinical practice and rehabilitation management. Osteopaths tend to use more hands on skills with also providing Exercises Exercise Prescription has always been an essential part of MKS Management
